We no longer have resources to answer questions from tenants in private housing unless submitted by email. We will respond to emails as time permits but can not call back.

We provide advice and services for tenants living in federally assisted housing such as Section 8, LIHTC (tax credit), RD (Rural Housing Development), Public Housing etc. 

We do not have staff to answer the telephone directly. You must leave a message. You may email us with your telephone information to get a faster response.  Please include in all messages the development or building where you live. We will respond to all tenant inquiries from subsidized buildings.

Privacy Policy

By supplying your phone number to us, you acknowledge that we will record the information supplied as a matter of replying to your contact with us.  This contact may be via phone, email, or SMS messaging.  The Greater Syracuse Tenants Network collects caller data only for the purposes of our own internal use. We do not provide tenant information to any other entity for any reason. We collect information to understand who our tenants are, and to notify our tenants and potential tenants of our services and specials as well as specific site communications. We may collect name, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, and email addresses, when applicable. By providing us with this information, you are agreeing that we can use the information to provide you with our services, use photos and images of the documents for you in all forms to support you and our services.
